As the Receptionist, you will have excellent communication skills and be ultra-efficient, honest and reliable. This is a busy, vibrant office development, which sits in landscaped gardens.
What will you be doing?
- You will be the face of the estate, greeting visitors and tenants, processing deliveries, relaying messages, communicating well with our tenants.
- You will be exceptionally organised and able to use your initiative to solve problems, taking and relaying instructions to the maintenance team, assisting with the day to day running of the estate, communicating with tenants, ensuring procedures are adhered to.
- You will be friendly and want to go the extra mile. Your warm friendly manner will make our tenants feel at home in this collaborative working environment.
- You will need to roll up your sleeves and drop tools and help when the call goes out for ''all hands-on deck!'' Whether it''s clearing up after an event or simply helping a tenant in need, you''re on hand, smiling!
What kind of person are we looking for?
- You will have previous experience of general office duties including reception.
- Excellent proficiency in MS office applications especially Word and Excel.
- Be able to deal professionally and diplomatically with all of the tenants.
- You are able to demonstrate strong organisation skills, whilst also being flexible, keen and personable. You should take an enthusiastic and proactive approach to any given task, willing to help when your colleagues need it, remembering that the customer experience at Fulham Green is the utmost priority.
