Front of House Coordinator – up to £32000
An exciting opportunity to join this award winning and friendly architecture practice as their Front of House coordinator based in their offices in Farringdon. This is a Monday to Friday in studio position. 8:30am -5:30pm (40 hours per week)
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate strong front of house/reception experience from within a professional office setting. Be a proactive and highly organised individual who enjoys being the welcoming voice of an organisation, creating that all important first impression. Your responsibilities are varied and include:
- Managing incoming communications with professionalism and warmth, and creating an exceptional first impression for all visitors
- Efficiently managing all incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, coordinating essential logistics
- Ensuring the meeting spaces are organised and equipped, handling bookings, refreshment needs, and setting up seamless video conferencing facilities
- Upholding the professional and inviting appearance of our reception area and communal spaces, managing office access (keys/fobs), overseeing shared resources (Oyster cards, cameras, laptops, exhibition stands), and ensuring the post room and stationery store is always stocked and organised
- Proactively managing inventory and ordering essential office, kitchen, cleaning, and sanitary supplies, keeping our team well-equipped
- Serving as a key Health & Safety representative, conducting staff inductions to ensure a safe and secure workplace
- Playing a key role in orchestrating engaging social and charitable events
- Providing essential administrative backup, managing archiving, assisting with overall studio facilities (e.g., coordinating annual maintenance, safety tests), and collaborating with cleaning staff to maintain our high standards
