Receptionist

CSS are looking for a Receptionist for one of our clients in Braintree.

This is a 3 week placement from Monday 27th July - Friday 13th August.

The ideal person will have excellent telephone maner, great customer service experience and be able to maintain professionalism.-

Organisational skills are key as well and being able to communicate well with colleagues, customers and clients too.

This role will include distributing calls throughout the business.Sorting post, opening, sorting and distributing. Franking outgoing post. Meeting and greeting all visitiors to a great standard, ensuring they all sign in and out accordingly.
