This is a varied role, ideal for someone who thrives in a guest-facing environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service. About the candidate You will have a natural, warm and engaging personality, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure. You will be confident communicating with guests and colleagues alike and take pride in delivering a seamless and memorable experience. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable or experiencing working with customers face to face. Experience with OPERA would be advantageous, although full training will be provided. Due to the location, you must be able to drive and have access to your own transport.
