We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an enthusiastic, professional, and customer-focused Receptionist. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous reception or customer service experience who is looking for a long-term role with the potential to become permanent.

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and guests, providing a welcoming and professional service while supporting the day-to-day operations of the business.

Key Responsibilities



  • Greet and welcome visitors, guests, and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage check-ins, appointments, and visitor registrations where required.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to emails efficiently and professionally.
  • Handle enquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all administrative tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Assist with general office and reception administration duties.
  • Ensure reception and public areas are clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
  • Support other departments with administrative tasks when required.
  • Follow company health and safety, security, and workplace procedures.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive guest experience at all times.

Candidate Requirements



  • Previous reception experience is a must.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional, friendly, and approachable manner.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable, punctual, and proactive approach to work.
  • Good IT and administrative skills.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
