We are currently looking for a Receptionist to join one of our Norwich based clients on a 12 month FTC, offering an immediate start. This opportunity is full time across Monday-Friday. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide reception cover and act as the first point of contact for the InstituteSupport the day-to-day operations of the teamArrange national and international travel bookingsRecord and maintain staff holiday and sickness recordsCarry out ad hoc administrative tasks as requiredEnsure administrative services are delivered accurately and on timeLiaise with staff, support services, contractors, visitors, and members of the publicAbout YouHold five GCSEs at Grade 4 (C) or above (or equivalent), including English and MathematicsHave recent experience working in an office environmentBe comfortable using a range of IT systemsDemonstrate strong verbal and written communication skillsHave a friendly, professional, and customer-focused approachBe able to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levelsPlease be aware this role is in office only, not offering any hybrid or remote working.
