Do you want to be part of an award-winning team? We are looking for a

Receptionist and Client Floor Coordinator

to join the Rapport team. We are the EMEA headquarters of one of the USA''s top American banks, situated very close to the River Thames in the City of London. This incredible building consists of 9 floors, including an incredible roof terrace with 360-degree views of some of the most iconic buildings and landmarks in the UK.

We are a very diverse team, of cultures and talents, delivering a wide array of tasks. From security lobby management, to booking events spaces and physically setting them up. Join our team of 6 rotating between our dedicated meeting and events space and the ground floor, managing a multi-tenanted reception.

Type of contract:

Full-time, permanent

Hours:

40 per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota basis, between 7 AM - 6 PM with some evening events to cover).
