Receptionist & Client Support
We are working with a Leeds city centre law firm who are looking for a receptionist to join their team on an ongoing, temporary basis. Shifts will vary between the hours of 8-6 Monday- Friday, the successful candidate will have a strong corporate reception background and be available on an ongoing basis. Key duties will include;
- Meeting and greeting of clients
- Manage booking rooms & associated diaries
- Prepare for meetings, liaising with tech/ catering
- Ad hoc administration support
This is a busy role for an experienced client facing front of house support; as an engaging, articulate, and professional individual, you will be able to commit as this is a long-term opportunity. The successful candidate will have;
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong client facing experience
- Ideally reception experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in all MS Office packages
