Receptionist

We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist based in St Albans for one of our clients on a Full time permanent basis. 

 Summary of the Receptionist role 

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000  
Location: St Albans
Type of Contract: Permanent  
Hours: Full time 9am-5.30pm 

Responsibilities of the Receptionist

•  Greet and deal with visitors in a professional matter
•  Answer all incoming calls professionally and efficiently
• General reception duties
• Opening/scanning incoming mail and franking outgoing mail
• Scanning and inputting archive data
• Keeping meeting rooms tidy and stocked
• Opening and locking front doors
• Assist with general administration within other departments if required
• Diary management
• Monitoring emails and forwarding where relevant
• Assisting with arranging required social events

Requirements for a successful Receptionist

•  Strong knowledge of Microsoft office and outlook
•  Experience within a receptionist/front of house role
•  Excellent communication skills
•  Multi-tasking skills and proactive
•  Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
