Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming visitors and managing front-of-house duties
• Answering and directing incoming calls
• Handling emails and general enquiries
• Supporting with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and scheduling
• Maintaining a professional and organised reception area

What We''re Looking For

• Previous experience in reception and administration essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• A proactive and approachable attitude
