We are looking for a committed Receptionist/Administrator to be the first point of contact within a central office. This role is key in managing a wide range of enquiries by phone, in person, and via email, ensuring a warm and helpful reception any visitors.Day-to-day of the role:Provide a friendly and efficient front-of-house service.Communicate professionally with all internal and external contacts.Build positive working relationships with colleagues to support a high level of service.Carry out a range of reception and administrative tasks to support the wider team.Maintain and update administrative systems accurately, including reviewing any data as requested by your line manager.Support the team by setting a positive example and contributing to the coordination of day-to-day activities.Required Skills and Qualifications:Strong experience in a customer-focused administrative or office environment.Confident user of common IT packages, including MS Office.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work professionally with a wide range of people.A supportive team player who can offer guidance when needed.Well-organised, with the ability to plan and prioritise workload effectively.Desirable Criteria:Experience working in Higher Education.The ability to speak and write in Welsh.Benefits:Opportunities for professional development.Supportive and welcoming team environment.If you are interested in this role, please submit your CV by clicking "Apply Now". ..... full job details .....
