Receptionist / Administrator – Part-Time (Job Share)
Location: Ripley
Contract: Temporary to Permanent (3–6 months initially)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 12:30pm – 4:00pm (Afternoon shifts)
Pay: £12.50 per hour
SF Recruitment is delighted to be working with one of our valued clients in Ripley on a fantastic part-time, job share opportunity. We are recruiting for a Receptionist/Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis, with the view to go permanent in the end for the right person.
This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, approachable, and thrives in a fast-paced, varied environment—while seeking part-time hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing general administrative and office support.
- Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, calls, and emails.
- Handling and responding to customer enquiries.
- Processing sales and purchase orders.
- Producing reports to support the wider team.
- Supporting with ad hoc tasks and projects as needed.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in administration or reception.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- A friendly, professional, and proactive approach.
- Immediate or short notice availability.
