You''ll be the first point of contact and ambassador for the firmManaging the reception desk, meeting rooms, travel bookings, taxisHelping with events, facilities, office suppliesArranging external events, making bookingsGiving five-star attention to the clients, guests, new joiners and being the go-to person for all support requiredAssisting with the onboarding of new joinersBuilding relationships with all service providersFinance support with expenses and invoicingQualifications / Skills
