This is a full-time temporary position initially for 3 months, with the possibility of extension up to 6 months for the right candidate.This is a front-facing role requiring excellent customer service, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment. Previous experience within a medical or healthcare setting would be advantageous but is not essential.Key ResponsibilitiesGreeting visitors, clients and customers in a professional and friendly manner.Managing the reception area and ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors.Answering and directing incoming telephone calls and responding to enquiries.Booking, amending and cancelling appointments and meetings where required.Providing information and assistance to visitors and customers.Maintaining accurate records and updating internal databases and systems.Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and post.Liaising with colleagues and departments to ensure enquiries are dealt with efficiently.Undertaking general administrative duties including filing, data entry and document management.Supporting the wider team with ad hoc ..... full job details .....
