Receptionist

Location: Swansea
Hours: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday, 8:30am to 4:30pm (24 hours per week)
Pay Rate: -13.52 per hour

Our client is seeking a friendly, professional, and organised Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis.

As the first point of contact for visitors, callers, and clients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive experience while providing administrative support to the wider team.

• Greeting visitors and managing reception duties
• Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
• Handling emails and general enquiries
• Managing appointments and diary bookings
• Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
• Receiving and distributing post and deliveries
• Providing general administrative support as required

• Previous reception or customer service experience is desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident using Microsoft Office applications
• Well-organised with strong attention to detail
• Professional, reliable, and able to work independently
• Friendly and approachable manner

• Successful candidates must have a valid Enhanced DBS.
