Receptionist (Part-Time)Location: Swansea Hours: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30am to 4:30pm (24 hours per week) Pay Rate: 13.52 per hourPlease only apply if you have a valid Enhanced DBSOur client is seeking a friendly, professional, and organised Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis.As the first point of contact for visitors, callers, and clients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive experience while providing administrative support to the wider team.Key ResponsibilitiesGreeting visitors and managing reception dutiesAnswering and directing incoming telephone callsHandling emails and general enquiriesManaging appointments and diary bookingsMaintaining accurate records and filing systemsReceiving and distributing post and deliveriesProviding general administrative support as requiredAbout YouPrevious reception or customer service experience is desirableExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsConfident using Microsoft Office applicationsWell-organised with strong attention to detailProfessional, reliable, and able to work independentlyFriendly and approachable mannerEssential RequirementSuccessful candidates must have a valid Enhanced DBS.
