Manage visitor sign-in procedures and notify relevant staff of arrivals. Prepare meeting rooms and refreshments for client meetings when required. Answer, screen, and direct inbound telephone calls efficiently and professionally. Handle general client and visitor enquiries both in person and via telephone and email. Assist with general office administration duties. Maintain and update company databases and records accurately. Generate and distribute standard correspondence when required. Help ensure the office environment remains professional, organised, and efficient. Experience and Skills Requirements Previous experience in a receptionist, front-of-house, customer service, or office administration role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
