About the Role
Manpower UK is seeking a reliable temporary Receptionist for a one-week cover assignment based in Gloucestershire. This role, running from Monday 29th June (afternoon only) to Friday 3rd July, involves providing professional front-of-house service within a busy office. Working 8:30am to 5:00pm with a one-hour lunch break, you will welcome visitors, manage incoming emails, and answer general enquiries. Responsibilities include controlling visitor access, handling deliveries and post, and using mailbox systems. Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional manner are essential. This permanent position offers a salary of up to £12.71 per hour.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming visitors and providing a professional front-of-house service
- Managing incoming emails and responding in a timely manner
- Answering general enquiries and directing appropriately
- Allowing access for visitors, deliveries, and post (including lets-ins for postman/couriers)
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail, including use of mailbox systems
- Supporting general reception and office duties as required

- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Comfortable managing emails and multitasking
- Reliable and punctual with a proactive attitude
- Previous reception or customer-facing experience preferred
