With a new menu being launched for the restaurant this is an opportunity to be part of an evolving and relaunching of the hotel. About the role As Reception Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the front desk operations and ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable and seamless experience from arrival to departure. Effective cost control is central within your role as Reception Manager. By managing resources carefully and making informed decisions, you will contribute positively to the overall efficiency and profitability of the business. This position requires you to possess and maintain a strong understanding of both the hotel''s products and the local area. This knowledge will enable you to provide accurate and helpful information to guests whenever it is requested, enhancing their overall stay.
