About the Role:
A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Aylesbury is looking for a Reception Teacher to join their Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) team. The school has a strong focus on play-based learning, phonics, and outdoor provision, ensuring children have the best start to their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality EYFS lessons in line with Development Matters
• Support childrenandrsquo;s phonics, communication, and early number skills
• Create a stimulating classroom environment that encourages independence
• Work closely with teaching assistants, parents, and SENCO to meet individual needs

Requirements:

• QTS and recent experience teaching in EYFS or KS1
• Strong understanding of the EYFS Framework and phonics teaching
• Creative, nurturing, and child-centred approach to learning
