Job Description:
- Plan and deliverandnbsp;engaging, play-based learning experiencesandnbsp;in line with theandnbsp;EYFS Framework
- Foster aandnbsp;safe, stimulating, and inclusive environmentandnbsp;where every child feels valued and supported
- Promoteandnbsp;communication, language, and personal developmentandnbsp;through creative and structured activities
- Useandnbsp;observations and formative assessmentsandnbsp;to track progress and inform next steps
- Buildandnbsp;positive relationshipsandnbsp;with children, parents, and colleagues to support learning and wellbeing
- Contribute to the wider school community throughandnbsp;assemblies, events, and enrichment activities
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have experience teaching inandnbsp;EYFSandnbsp;or similar (desirable but not essential)
- Be aandnbsp;reflective and nurturing practitionerandnbsp;with strong knowledge ofandnbsp;child development
- Demonstrate a commitment toandnbsp;inclusive education,andnbsp;safeguarding, andandnbsp;pupil wellbeing
- Possess excellentandnbsp;communication,andnbsp;organisational, andandnbsp;interpersonal skills
- Be enthusiastic aboutandnbsp;continuous professional developmentandnbsp;andandnbsp;team collaboration
