• Contract: Full-time, temp to perm
• Salary: andpound;33,075 andndash; andpound;50,471 (dependent on experience)

About the Role:

As a Reception Teacher, you will play a crucial role in fostering a love for learning among young learners. Your responsibilities include:

• Designing and delivering engaging, dynamic lessons that inspire curiosity
• Creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment
• Supporting the emotional, social, and academic development of pupils
• Collaborating with a dedicated team to ensure positive learning outcomes
• Encouraging learning through play and exploration
• Partnering with parents and the wider school community to support development
• Monitoring student progress and providing constructive feedback
• Promoting independent learning and social skill growth

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:

• Qualifications: QTS, EYTS, or equivalent teaching certification preferred (enthusiastic unqualified candidates with a passion for Early Years are encouraged to apply!)
• Experience: Previous experience in a Reception class or Early Years setting is highly desirable
• Passion: A love for early years education and a creative, child-centered approach
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Collaboration: A team-focused mindset with a commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment
