The Role
As a Reception Teacher, you will play a crucial role in creating an engaging, supportive, and inspiring learning environment for pupils aged 4-5. You will work within a strong and collaborative EYFS team, delivering high-quality, play-based learning experiences in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
Responsibilities
Plan and deliver imaginative and effective lessons that promote early development across all EYFS areas
Create a nurturing classroom environment that supports both academic and emotional growth
Track and assess pupil progress using formative and summative assessment strategies
Work closely with teaching assistants, colleagues, and parents to support every child''s unique learning journey
Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment where all pupils feel valued and supported

Essential:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching in an EYFS or Reception setting
