About the Role:

As the Reception Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping childrenandrsquo;s early learning experiences, fostering curiosity, creativity, and confidence. You will plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, ensuring every child thrives academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver inspiring and inclusive lessons following the EYFS curriculum.
• Create a stimulating, safe, and supportive learning environment where every child feels valued.
• Assess and track pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet diverse needs.
• Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Work collaboratively with the Early Years and wider school team, sharing best practice and ideas.
• Take on full class teacher responsibilities, including planning, assessment, and participation in staff meetings and school activities.
• Uphold the schoolandrsquo;s values of excellence, inclusivity, and care.

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in Early Years or Reception.
• A deep understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child-centred learning.
• A nurturing, creative, and reflective approach to teaching.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A strong commitment to safeguarding, wellbeing, and inclusive education.
• Availability to start as soon as possible and willingness to commit to a long-term to permanent role.
