There is a strong emphasis on early years development, with a focus on creating engaging, play-based learning experiences that inspire Reception pupils and support their transition into school life.The school is committed to continuous improvement, reflected in its positive and steadily improving Ofsted outcomes.Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), supporting pupils development across all areas of learning.Plan and provide engaging, play-based learning opportunities that cater to a range of abilities and interests.Support pupils social, emotional, and communication development in a nurturing environment.Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom that promotes curiosity and independence.Monitor and assess pupil progress in line with EYFS frameworks, using observations to inform planning.Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to support each child s development and well-being.Promote positive behaviour and establish strong routines to support early learning.
