Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, play-based lessons in line with the EYFS framework
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment
- Foster positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
- Use observations and assessments to track progress and inform planning
- Promote social, emotional, and academic development through creative approaches
Ideal Candidate
- Holds QTS with experience teaching in Early Years / Reception
- Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development
- Creative, adaptable, and nurturing in approach
- Committed to inclusive education and safeguarding practices
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
