Supply Desk are working with one of the largest, oversubscribed primary schools in the area, and they are seeking a passionate Reception Teacher to join their team. This position is available on a full-time or part-time basis, starting from Easter 2025 and running initially until the end of the academic year, with the possibility of an extension for the right candidate.

We are looking for a teacher who is open to taking on full teacher responsibilities and delivering high-quality education to young learners. Whether you are interested in short-term supply work or a longer-term commitment, we would love to hear from you!

About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Early Years teacher to join a welcoming, inclusive school in Sittingbourne. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons based on the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, while creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that fosters a love for learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum.
• Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment where children feel excited to learn.
• Monitor and assess children''s progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff to ensure a collaborative learning environment.
• Use innovative teaching methods to support the development of social, emotional, and communication skills.
• Maintain accurate records of children''s progress and achievements.
• Work closely with colleagues to promote a cohesive and inclusive learning experience.

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in Early Years education.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and practical implementation.
• Passion for early childhood education and creating an outstanding learning experience.
• Commitment to safeguarding and child protection procedures.
• Enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
