Reception Teacher

We are seeking an enthusiastic, nurturing, and creative Reception Teacher to join our early years team in Lowestoft. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator who is committed to giving children the very best start to their school journey. You will play a key role in creating a warm, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported. This role is 5 days per week, starting after the Easter Half Term until the Summer Term ends. Key Responsibilities Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality teaching and learning in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Create a safe, engaging, and inspiring learning environment that supports children''s curiosity, independence, and early development. Develop positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to support the holistic development of every child. Use observations and assessments to track progress, identify learning needs, and inform next steps. Foster the social, emotional, and communication skills essential for school readiness. Work collaboratively with the EYFS team and wider school staff to deliver a cohesive early years provision. Uphold safeguarding, behaviour expectations, and school policies at all times. About You We are looking for someone who: Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or is an ECT (Early Career Teacher) looking for their first role.
