A welcoming and supportive primary school in Chatham is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Reception Teacher to join their Early Years team on a permanent basis from September 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate teacher who is committed to providing a nurturing, engaging, and inspiring start to children''s education.

• Planning and delivering creative and engaging lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum

• Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment

• Supporting children''s academic, social, and emotional development

• Monitoring and assessing pupil progress effectively

• Building strong relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues

• Contributing positively to the wider school community

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Experience teaching within EYFS or Reception is desirable

• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework

• Excellent classroom management and communication skills

• Passion for early years education and child development

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

• Permanent full-time role starting September 2026
