Your new role Your new job as a reception class teacher will be to work on a Monday and Tuesday as part of a job share. You will be required to plan lessons linked to the early years curriculum as well as encourage outdoor play and inquisitive learning. What you''ll need to succeed To succeed in this new job, you must have experience of the early years'' curriculum, be confident in phonics and have an understanding of where the children need to be, to ensure they are Year 1 ready.
