The role will focus on supporting children within Reception with additional needs, helping them access learning, develop their communication and build confidence and independence within the classroom. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO, providing targeted SEN support alongside wider classroom assistance. Experience supporting children with ASD, communication needs, Makaton and PECS would be particularly beneficial.
