This is a full-time 1:1 role supporting two children within Reception, working closely with the class teacher and wider EYFS team to provide consistent and individualised support. The role will be split across two pupils: Mornings: Providing 1:1 support for a Reception pupil with Global Developmental Delay (GDD) and additional health needs, supporting learning, development, classroom routines and independence. Afternoons: Supporting a Reception pupil with Autism (ASD) who is pre-verbal, using visual and communication strategies to encourage engagement, communication and access to learning.
