      <description>Location: Redditch | Salary: &amp;pound;500 - &amp;pound;525/week | Type: Contract | Reception SEN Teaching Assistant     Location:  Redditch, B97   Weekly Pay:  -500 - -525   Hours:  Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm (Term Time Only)   Start Date:  01/09/2026   Contract:  Long-Term, Temp-to-Perm   Long Term Futures are seeking a caring and patient Reception SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming two-form entry primary school in Redditch. This is a full-time 1:1 role supporting two children within Reception, working closely with the class teacher and wider EYFS team to provide consistent and individualised support.  The role will be split across two pupils:    Mornings:  Providing 1:1 support for a Reception pupil with Global Developmental Delay (GDD) and additional health needs, supporting learning, development, classroom routines and independence.   Afternoons:  Supporting a Reception pupil with Autism (ASD) who is pre-verbal, using visual and communication strategies to encourage engagement, communication and access to learning.
