Your New Role
As a Reception SEN TA, you will:

• Provide 1:1 support for a pupil with special educational needs, helping them access learning and develop key skills.
• Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored support strategies.
• Foster a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for early learning.
• Support with personal care and emotional regulation where needed.
  
  

What You''ll Need to Succeed

• Experience working with children in Early Years or SEN settings.
• A patient, empathetic, and flexible approach to supporting young learners.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A relevant qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, EYFS or SEN training) is desirable.
