Reception Manager

Service Reception Manager required in Cardiff.Starting salary based on experience and brand accreditations.Uncapped bonus potential providing additional earnings of 6,000+ per annum.Monday to Friday 7:00am-4:30pm/8:00am-5:30pm with 1 in 3 Saturdays mornings 8:00am-12:00pm paid at time and a half.Our client, one of the largest car dealer groups in South Wales, is currently looking to recruit a Service Reception Manager to join their franchise-approved commercial vehicle dealership in Cardiff. Reporting to the Aftersales Manager and running a team of 3 other Vehicle Service Advisors, you will need to be a confident relationship builder, be able to influence and advise customers on minor technical issues with their vehicle whilst delivering a first-class service, and also achieve the company''s objectives and targets. You will greet customers into the Service Department and book their vehicles in for associated repair work, have extensive liaison with the workshop to chase work in progress, up-sell on additional products and services where possible, and keep customers informed of the progress of their vehicle whilst taking payments for work completed. Due to the nature of this role, the successful Reception Manager would need to have prior or present experience working as a Senior or experienced Service Advisor within the motor industry and be able to deliver the very highest level of customer service through strong communication skills, resulting in total customer ..... full job details .....
