Manage all front desk operations, including reservations, guest enquiries, and VIP bookings.

Build strong relationships with our guests, ensuring a personalised and memorable experience.

Work closely with senior management to continuously improve service standards.

Support the wider operation during peak periods, always leading by example.

What were looking for:Previous experience as a Reception Manager or Supervisor in a high-profile, luxury restaurant or hospitality environment.

A polished, professional manner with a genuine passion for hospitality.

Strong leadership and organisational skills.
