Due to Maternity cover needs, our client is looking for a PREMIUM / HIGH END Reservations Manager. Able to work with, and fully conversant with all Open Table along with other booking platform, the successful applicant will have previous work in Private Members clubs / 5 star boutique or similar standard focused operation.Able to adapt to the complete cross section of clientele, from "ladies that lunch", through to corporate hospitality, from the romantic dinner for 2 through to arranging a vertical drinking experience... you really must be able to work under massive pressure as the clientele are demanding, but abilo act like a swan all graceful on top, but peddling frantically to ensure the very best ..... full job details .....
