Our client, a leading student accommodation provider, is looking for a Reception / Customer Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis, starting immediately.

Location: Norwich, NR1
Pay: -12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm
Contract: Temporary, full-time

The role includes:

• Welcoming residents and visitors

• Supporting check-ins and check-outs

• Handling queries and reception duties

• Basic administration and record keeping

• Supporting with room clearances and general housekeeping

• Keeping the reception area clean and welcoming

About you:
You''ll be friendly, reliable and confident dealing with people. Previous customer service, reception or administration experience is desirable.
