Exciting Opportunity: Temporary Receptionist Wanted!
Location: Coleshill Heath, Birmingham
Hourly Rate: -13.45 per hour
Contract Type: Temporary (Full Time)

What You''ll Be Doing:
As the first point of contact for our visitors and clients, you''ll play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere. Your daily tasks will include:

Greeting guests with a warm and friendly smile
Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate departments
Managing the reception area to ensure it is tidy and organised
Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
Coordinating appointments and meetings with professionalism

Who We''re Looking For:
We want someone who is enthusiastic, organised, and ready to bring their best self to our team. Ideal candidates will have:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A friendly demeanour and a can-do attitude
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office and general office equipment

Note: This is a temporary position with a start date of August 7, 2026. Only applicants eligible to work in the UK will be considered.
