Reception AdministratorLocation: CardiffHours: Full-time, on siteSalary: Up to £26k per annum, We are currently seeking a receptionist to join a fast-paced team in Cardiff. This role will provide essential reception and administrative support to staff within a bustling office environment. The postholder will be the first point of contact for visitors and professionals and will support the wider team with a range of clerical and administrative duties.Key responsibilities:Provide reception cover during office opening hours.Act as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, managing enquiries both face-to-face and by telephone.Record and update information on internal systems and maintain spreadsheets as required.Undertake general administrative duties such as handling post, scanning, filing and photocopying.Support with booking travel and accommodation when needed.Essential skills and experience:Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.Strong communication and customer service skills.Confidence using standard office software, including spreadsheets and database systems.A well-organised approach with good attention to detail.What we offer:Full induction and training.A supportive team environment.If you are interested in this role, please submit your CV by clicking Apply Now. ..... full job details .....
