In the role you will act as the first point of contact for the business and manage the reception area, in addition to this you will provide admin support to other areas of the business such as HR, Finance and Customer Service.  Responsibilities and duties will include, but not limited to:  Reception Duties  Answer telephone calls and direct to the relevant person/department. Maintain accurate and up-to-date telephone listings on the company intranet and on the phone system. Manage the reception area, maintain security of doors and manage visitor records/fire lists.
