The pupil is boisterous and energetic , with behaviours including climbing on furniture, and requires a confident adult who can provide clear boundaries, manage behaviour positively and keep him safe throughout the school day. The role also involves support with toileting . The successful candidate will be a strong role model who can build a trusting, positive relationship with the pupil while encouraging engagement, independence and positive behaviour.
