Rebates Administrator High Wycombe 12 Month Maternity Cover Contract £36-38k We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global animal health business looking for a Rebates Administrator to become part of their UK and Ireland team. They looking for a highly organised, analytical candidate to manage rebate programmes, support customers and ensure their data and processes run smoothly. What you''ll do Manage rebate programmes, customer data and CRM records Process and analyse rebate and FOC claims, investigating discrepancies Handle customer and internal rebate queries Produce reports, statements and accounting uploads Maintain rebate tracking and provision data Work with IT and internal teams to resolve CRM issues What you''ll bring Strong Excel and data management skills CRM/database experience - Salesforce desirable Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability Strong organisation, communication and customer service skills A proactive, commercially minded approach If you''re an Excel-savvy administrator who enjoys working with data, solving problems and delivering great customer service, we''d love to hear from you. ..... full job details .....
