One that delivers the expertise they need in a way that goes beyond. Personal, proactive, and agile. That''s Grant Thornton.

Job DescriptionReal responsibility. Real impact. Right from the start.

Tax professionals are analysts, advisers, and forward-thinkers. They stay ahead of constantly evolving tax changes, helping businesses adapt, stay compliant, and make informed decisions. Our tax teams don''t just respond to change, they help shape the way organisations move forward while keeping them informed every step of the way. Our tax practice is made up of over 15 specialist teams and more than 40 partners, working with clients across sectors like technology, financial services, and not-for-profit. When you join our tax service line, you''ll be driven by curiosity - keen to understand the challenges our clients face and help them navigate what''s right for their business. You''ll tackle complex problems, grow through hands-on experience, and be supported every step of the way. There will be challenges along the way, but that''s where you''ll thrive - and that''s how you''ll make an impact. In Real Estate Tax, we help transform our clients'' real estate businesses - offering strategic advice across the full lifecycle, from acquisition through to holding, financing and disposal. Our insight empowers clients to make bold decisions and unlock sustainable growth. With a focus on quality and integrity, we support businesses, communities, and our people to thrive. We advise a wide range of clients - from global investors and REITs to private funds and the public sector - on UK and pan-European real estate investments. Our work spans all sectors, including commercial, student housing, logistics, retail, and hotels. You''ll help deliver tax structuring, compliance, and due diligence advice, while gaining exposure to Corporation Tax, Stamp Taxes, Capital Gains, and more. Collaborating with specialist teams and our international network, you''ll also build insight into other areas like VAT. We also have a specialist capital allowances team. Our capital allowances team works with businesses to help them to maximise tax relief for qualifying capital expenditure incurred as part of their real estate operations. We use our market leading software to bring real tax savings and value to our clients. We also advise on transactions, helping our clients to mitigate risk through careful drafting and practical recommendations.
