As an Associate Director in our Real Estate Tax team, you will:Be part of a high-performing team with significant sector experience. You will work with high-profile clients on challenging projects.Develop and mentor junior team members, understanding their career goals.Handle large transactions across multiple jurisdictions, with deals ranging from £60m to over £1bn, offering opportunities for rapid advancement.Lead your own work, engaging directly with clients and collaborating with tax and real estate teams, supported by experienced colleagues.Minimum criteria
To join us as an Associate Director, you should have:ACA / ACCA / CTA qualification or equivalentUK corporate tax experience, preferably in real estateExperience in supervising and developing junior staffPreferred skills include UK real estate market experience and business development skills, including relationship building with key accounts.Additional skills that would be advantageous include:Tax structuring for property transactionsInternational tax advice and cross-border transaction due diligenceBusiness development and proposal leadershipTax compliance advisorySetting up property funds, including REITsOur culture and values
