Joining a highly regarded Real Estate team, the successful candidate will work closely with partners and senior lawyers on a broad range of commercial property matters, with a particular focus on property investment, asset management, landlord and tenant work, and real estate transactions. This is an opportunity to move beyond routine transactional work and become involved in complex, high-value matters for a diverse client base that includes institutional investors, global investment funds, developers, family offices, Oxbridge colleges and major corporate occupiers. The Role Working as part of a collaborative and supportive team, the Associate will advise on: Property investment acquisitions and disposals for buyers and sellers Landlord and tenant matters, including the negotiation of new business leases Property due diligence supporting real estate finance and corporate transactions Asset management matters including: Lease renewals Surrenders Easements Licences Ongoing portfolio management issues The work spans a variety of sectors including office, retail, science and technology, mixed-use developments, hotels and leisure.
