Real Estate Solicitor (2-5 years'') - Glasgow A leading international law firm is seeking a dual-qualified Real Estate Solicitor (Scotland and England and Wales) to join its growing Glasgow team.This is an opportunity to be part of a globally connected real estate practice, advising on high-value, complex transactions across the UK and internationally. The Scottish team plays an integral role within the wider practice, delivering a seamless service across development, infrastructure, investment, landlord and tenant, portfolio management and real estate finance matters.The RoleYou will work on a broad mix of matters, including:Development and infrastructure projectsInvestment acquisitions and disposals (including corporate share acquisitions)Real estate finance transactionsAsset and portfolio management workDrafting and negotiating agreements for lease, sale contracts, easements and ancillary documentationPreparing and reviewing reports on title and due diligence documentationWorking closely with planning and construction colleagues as part of wider project teamsClients include major infrastructure bodies, national retailers, UK banks, developers and international investors.
