Your new role As a Senior Associate within the Real Estate team, you will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters while supporting partners and senior colleagues on strategic projects and business development initiatives.The role will involve advising on: Commercial acquisitions and disposals Development and regeneration projects Landlord and tenant matters Asset management transactions Major land sales Property-related matters across the healthcare, public and private sectors You will work closely with clients on significant developments, including major infrastructure, healthcare and regeneration projects, while contributing to the continued growth of the practice.
