OverviewA leading Real Estate Investment fund is looking to add an Associate to the London based investment team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and entrepreneurial Portfolio Management team.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain fund models to support investment decision-making process

Conduct financial analysis to support potential acquisitions and disposition

Provide market insights to the portfolio management team on key activities at properties and important decisions needed to drive performance

Review annual business plans for each asset and the overall portfolio and present them to capital partners

Liaise with internal stakeholders to manage performance objectives for each investment and assess potential exit strategies

Assist in determining optimal fund mix for overall portfolio and support the management of liquidity

Support the preparation of materials for presentation to internal committees, current and prospective clients and lenders

QualificationsExperience/Skills required:

Prior real estate experience within asset management, investment banking, private equity

Fluency in French is essential

Strong academic profile; degree from a top tier university

Highly numerate with excellent financial modelling skills

Excellent interpersonal skills

Commercially and strategically minded
