Real Estate Paralegal London Hybrid WorkingMy client, a highly ranked Legal 500 firm, is seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking Real Estate Paralegal to join their busy and well-regarded residential property team based in London, with hybrid working available following successful completion of probation and training.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated paralegal with prior conveyancing experience to develop their career within a fast-paced and supportive environment, working closely alongside experienced solicitors on a varied caseload of residential property transactions.You will play a key role in supporting the team with the smooth running of live files from instruction through to post-completion, ensuring high standards of client care and efficiency throughout.Key Responsibilities:Opening and setting up new filesUndertaking AML compliance checksAssisting with exchange, completion and post-completion formalitiesDrafting financial statements and invoicesSubmitting AP1 and SDLT returnsArchiving completed mattersProviding general administrative support and updating internal/external systemsLiaising with clients and third parties under supervisionAbout You:Previous conveyancing experience within a legal environment is essentialA law degree (or equivalent legal qualification) is highly desirableConfident managing tasks to strict deadlinesStrong initiative and excellent attention to detailCommercially aware with strong interpersonal skillsA genuine team player with ..... full job details .....
