The successful Real Estate Paralegal will work closely with experienced solicitors on a broad range of residential and commercial property matters, playing a key role in supporting transactions from instruction through to completion.The Real Estate Paralegal will benefit from direct exposure to client matters, strong mentoring from experienced fee earners and genuine long-term progression opportunities.You must have prior Real Estate or Conveyancing experience to be considered for this role.The Real Estate Paralegal''s RoleThe successful Real Estate Paralegal will support the Property team on a wide range of transactions and matters, assisting fee earners with both legal and administrative responsibilities.The Real Estate Paralegal will be involved in preparing legal documentation, conducting searches, drafting correspondence, liaising with clients and third parties, managing case files and supporting transactions through to completion.
